The Sam and ME support was started in 2011 to help fellow sufferers in my local area after a large response from starting this very blog. We have been going for 12 years now, although Covid curbed our ability to meet up, we are supporting each other through WhatsApp, until we find a new venue. Raising Awareness
Its always been our mission to support others while raising awareness of a very misunderstood disease. Through the years we have been involved in film screenings of Voices From The Shadows and Unrest, hosting events for Missing Millions and sharing the Sam and M.E story at the Scottish Parliament.
